Value Protection Service

To enhance customer experience and ensure the safety of goods during logistics transportation, our company proudly introduces the Value Protection Service. This service aims to provide customers with additional peace of mind, ensuring that in the unfortunate event of goods being lost or damaged, they can receive corresponding compensation in accordance with this policy.

Value Protection Fees:

  • For goods valued under 5.
  • For goods valued at 10.

Customers must explicitly select and pay the Value Protection fee when shipping their goods.

Compensation Rules:

  • In case of lost goods, for uninsured packages, only half of the package value will be refunded. For insured packages, the full amount will be compensated.
  • If goods are lost or damaged and meet the compensation conditions stipulated in this policy, our company will provide full compensation based on the Value Protection amount paid by the customer.

Exclusions:
Our company shall not be liable for compensation in cases of goods lost or damaged due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.).
